If you choose to exchange the item, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost once we receive the defective or damaged item.
If you prefer a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method after receiving the defective or damaged item.

Please note:

The shipping cost for returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
